Composition of the Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of Nine (9) members elected for four (4) years in the case of officials and two (2) years in the case of students by the elective General Assembly.
The composition of the Executive Committee shall include:
One (1) President;
One (1) Deputy President
One (1) Secretary-General
One (1) Treasurer
One (1) Deputy Secretary-General
One (1) Deputy Treasurer
One (1) Public relations officer
Two (2) Student representatives from two different universities and different genders
The composition of the Executive Committee shall consist of at-least a 30/70 gender balance.
Where the 30/70 gender balance is not attained, the Executive committee shall nominate up to a maximum of two members of the disadvantaged gender.
The members of the Executive Committee sit in a personal capacity; they have a voting right in the Executive Committee, unless otherwise stated.
